According to Gartner, security and risk management leaders to “expand to a broader exposure management to include non-patchable attack surfaces and assess the need for solutions, such as digital risk protection services (DRPS), external attack surface management (EASM) and/or security rating services (SRS) for coverage of other exposure points, such as supply chain and shadow IT in the cloud.” to help manage “today’s and tomorrow’s enterprise exposure to threats.
